WHAT'S YOUR TURNAROUND?

  • Photos: turnaround is next business day.

  • Matterport: turnaround is next business day.

  • Videos: turn around is 2-3 business days. Each revision will take an additional business day 

  • Floorplan: turn around is 2 business days.

  • Virtual staging: turn around is next business day after photo selection. Each revision will take an additional business day.​

COPYRIGHTS & USAGE

LCC Media retains the full ownership and copyright of all content produced. You are given usage rights for the promotional purposes for the listing. This means that your usage is non-transferable and can't be shared with or sold to third parties. All third parties usage must obtain usage directly through us. We offer long-term licensing options for contractors, stagers, etc.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We offer flexible cancellation and no penalties up to 12 hours prior to the start of the appointment. The fee for cancellations between 2-12 hours prior to the appointment is $60.00, and for cancellations under 2 hours prior to the appointment is 125.00. Please understand that if you cancel with short notice, we will not be able to fill the timeslot. ​

LATE FEES

We understand that there are unforeseen circumstances and we can wait on-site up to a 30 mins grace period. However, if the property is not ready to be photographed by more than 30 mins after the photographer's arrival, there will be a $30.00 penalty for every 30 minutes. The photographer has also the discretion to cancel/reschedule the appointment if the delay is more than 30 minutes.. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled on-site, there is a 125.00 penalty. 

WHAT'S YOUR SERVICE AREA?

We also cover the most of Southern Ontario anywhere from the Muskoka cottage country, to London, to Kingston and sometimes even further. We do charge a travel fee of $1.00/km return trip for distances greater than 30KM from M3C 1V7 (Don Mills/Eglinton E).

PREPARING FOR THE SHOOT

The most important thing you can do for the shoot is to properly prepare for it.

Please arrive at early at the appointment to ensure the property is ready for the shoot. Move and fully declutter prior to the start of the appointment to ensure there are no delays during the shoot. We are not responsible for staging and cleaning, and are not allowed to move any large objects due to liabilities reasons. We will only move some smaller things here and there. 

VIRTUAL STAGING & DECLUTTERING

​What about overcluttered spaces, furniture, or things that are too big to move? In addition to virtual staging, we offer virtual decluttering services. You can see some of samples here. But it is your responsibility to disclose any virtual work done as to have everything above board.  ​

Do you use AI for virtual services? No, our virtual staging and decluttering is done manually.

WEATHER

Does the weather matter? Yes! Not only weather can affect the lighting of the property, it changes the colours of photos all together. It may even completely prevent us from operating the drone. Please keep an close eye on the weather! So, we offer penalty-free cancellations up to 12hours before the start of the appointment.  

Making videos is a different process from taking photos. It's a more complex process that includes things like script writing, music selection, style selection and more. If you have a specific idea you would like to execute, please feel free to reach out to us first before booking. If you have seen a style of video that you like, please send us the link.

MUSIC

Choosing the right music is one of key pieces that can elevate a video. You can choose to that specific song you already have in mind, or trust us to select the song for your approval. When selecting songs, please keep in mind that using mainstream songs (copywrited) can be copywrite striked by the platform you are posted to. We offer copyright free music library that helps you avoid this risk. Once the song is selected, the entire video would be edited around the music -  the mood, the pacing, etc. It can't be changed without changing the entire video all together. A song change after the video is completed will cost $100.00 each time.

​​DRONE

We are licensed drone operators adhering to Transport Canada safety regulations. If your listing is in or adjacent to a no-fly zones, we will not be able to operate. Weather conditions such as high-winds, storms, etc., may also prevent drone operation.   

Do you guys use AI?

Yes, we do offer AI generated video services but only upon request. Please also note that with AI, each case is unique and the pricing is different. In addition, you have to declare it as such and assume liability whenever posting AI content or content with elements of AI. Please reach out to us directly to inquire about AI related video services.
